What you are buying

Imprimatur by Aqera lifetime access — a single payment for ongoing access to document generation in Imprimatur by Aqera, a web application for preparing Australian public sector job applications.

• Have each generated document marked against the level you are applying for.
• No subscription and nothing that renews. Access does not expire.

Free with an account, and not part of this purchase: building your evidence bank, and marking a document. Reading a CV into the bank and assessing a vacancy run on your own Google API key, which Google bills to you directly — we charge nothing for that usage and add nothing to it.

Imprimatur by Aqera prepares application documents from evidence you provide. It does not promise, and cannot promise, any recruitment outcome.

Total cost

One payment of $499 AUD, including GST of $45.36. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are the total payable — there are no delivery, handling or booking fees. Naveniem Pty Ltd is registered for GST (ABN 20 627 611 303).

Delivery

Imprimatur by Aqera is a digital service. Nothing is shipped. Access to document generation is switched on for your account as soon as your payment is confirmed by our payment provider, normally within seconds. Access is granted by a server-side confirmation of the payment, never by the return from the payment page.

How your payment is handled

Payment is taken on Eway’s hosted payment page. You enter your card details on a page served by Eway over an encrypted connection. Card numbers are never sent to, or stored on,Naveniem Pty Ltd’s servers, and we never see them. Card data handling and PCI DSS compliance for that page are Eway’s.

Starting a payment requires a signed-in account, and we limit how many payments one account can start in an hour. This is to make automated card testing impractical here; Eway applies its own fraud checks on the payment page itself.

We record only what identifies your purchase: the account it belongs to, the amount, the currency, the date, and the reference our payment provider returns. See the privacy policy and the list of sub-processors.

Refunds and cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are charged and access is not granted, you get a full refund or the access, whichever you prefer. An approved refund is returned to the card used for the purchase.
