These are every third party that receives any part of your data, what each one gets, and where it is processed. Naveniem Pty Ltd updates this page whenever a provider changes. Where a provider does not publish a processing region, this page says so rather than naming one.

Google, and what your own key means
Generating a document calls Google’s Gemini API with a key you supply, so the billing relationship for that call is between you and Google. Two consequences are yours to control, and we would rather state them than let you discover them:
- Google does not guarantee a processing regionfor this API. Its terms say the data “may be stored transiently or cached in any country in which Google or its agents maintain facilities”. We therefore make no claim that this part of your data stays in Australia.
- Use a paid Google key. That is what Imprimatur by Aqera expects.On Google’s paid tier, its terms say Google does not use your prompts or responses to improve its products. On the free tier, its terms say submitted content and responses are used to “provide, improve, and develop Google products and services”. If you choose a free-tier key anyway, that is your decision to share your evidence with Google, not something this app does with it.We cannot tell the two apart — Google publishes no way to check a key’s tier — so this is a disclosure, not a control.
Eway, and why no region is named
Card numbers are entered on Eway’s hosted payment page and never reach Naveniem Pty Ltd’s servers. Eway’s published Client Service Agreement commits it to hold cardholder data under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the PCI Data Security Standard, and the agreement is governed by the law of the Australian Capital Territory. That document does not state the country its data centres are in, so neither do we. If you need that confirmed before purchasing, write to us and we will ask Eway and publish the answer here.
Who is not on this list
- No analytics or advertising provider. The site runs no third-party tracking.
- No email provider. The application sends no email; support is a direct address.
- No one else. Your bank is not sold, not shared, and not used by us to train any model.
